[3] routine

there are so many theories scattered everywhere talking about how to shape a new habit or how to get rid of your bad habit and replace it with a better one or stuff like that. from what i know, they're talking about frequency. the more you do it daily or in a designated timetable, the more they'll stick as a habit.

but, seriously, i don't buy them.

in the end, it's about your will and how strong it is. if you're not doing it wholeheartedly, you will never get anything. that strong desire from deep inside your heart, that will make you always move forward, always do something for it, and fight every obstacle along the way. You will even fight yourself if it's necessary.

that.

that is what you need.



sorry for the late post. i was supposed to post on jan 3rd but i was late.
and thank you for the last 4 months together, with all the ups and downs, the talks and silences, the laughs and tears, the hugs, the love :))
