#1 I'm about to start another #100days

To form a new habit, sometimes you need to start with forcing yourself to do it. You have to set some specific rules to yourself so that habit will be planted into your mind and all the part of your body and suddenly it will become natural.

There is this theory about how many times you need to do things until it becomes your nature. Actually, I don't really know and understand the basic of this theory but it's worth the try, though, as long as it is for something good or even better.

3times; for leaving your old habit behind.
7times; you start to feel strange for not doing your new habit.
40times; this new habit already runs through your veins and be the part of your life cycle.

Trying something is not going to hurt, you know. Breaking the old habit is somewhat important for our life because flat life is boring, at least for me. There will be no challenges, no adrenaline rushing, no new faces, no exciting story, no epic things to be proud of. Just another exact same life cycle from day to day.

What's the point, then?

Isn't life is all about living? A heart that shows a straight line is a dead heart. A life with no pulse of excitement or sadness or anxiousness or etc is a colorless life.
"The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why." (Mark Twain)

This is not about being someone else. This is also not about mimicking others' life. Because nobody is perfect actually. You just have to be a little smart at sort out the good things between the bad one. Pick the good one and leave the bad. And don't lose your own uniqueness of yours.
